Orders are not eligible for cancellation, returns or exchanges.
Natural stones have varying shades, line patterns and inclusions. Natural stones may have chips, cracks and other imperfections. We cannot guarantee perfect points or stones, as natural stones are rarely “perfect”.
We are not responsible for damage to jewelry after it has been worn. Please make sure you understand product sizing (measured in mm) prior to purchasing as we do NOT accept returns/exchanges. Please take care of your gemstone jewelry and do not wear it during any activity that you may catch them on. Stretchy band bracelets will only stretch so far before snapping. We will not send replacements, nor do we offer free bead re-stringing and will not issue refunds if you damage any product you purchase from us.
Please take careful consideration while handing fragile stones and carvings as each mineral has a different hardness value that dictates how much or little it will respond to being dropped, chipped or broken. We do not replace mishandled products once they have been received.
